STUDY IN TEXTURE

This study was born out of the need for an eloquent place of focus. A deep blue covers the walls, millwork and molding with a continuous comforting feel. This room is the primary office for a working-from-home client. A mix of materials such as mohair, leather, brass fixtures, antique mirrors, antique hunting art, and animal hides reside in this room harmoniously. We kept our pallet monochromatic. When doing a monochromatic scheme, it’s important to play up the textures to heighten the senses of interest.
