KIRKWOOD COTTAGE

Our clients home was built in the early 1940s with a traditional craftsman style galley kitchen. From an 87 to an 811 square foot kitchen, we gutted and renovated the space by adding an additional 10’ to the first and second floor. They requested a retro casual vibe with vintage accents. Our client was an artist as well as an art collector so having a fresh, bright environment was important to them! Two young kids drove the need for storage and functional built-ins. The breakfast nook can now become a place for eating or homework with classmates!
